As our business manager, Lizette coordinates the different teams. Lizette knows everything that goes on in our office and makes everybody's business her business. In addition to being a dental assistant for seven years, Lizette is certified in coronal polishing, sealant placement, orthodontics, and all dental services.

Lizette is the liaison between Dr. Bianco and the rest of the staff, articulating his visions for the office in a more coherent, comprehensive way. Lizette is, in many ways, Dr. Bianco's right-hand “wo-man,” and she proudly leads the team according to his example of altruism, care, and integrity.

Claudia graduated from Northwestern Suburban College with a degree in dental assisting. After three years of verifying insurance at a dental office, the world of dentistry piqued Claudia's interest so much that she decided to make a career out of it.

In fact, she has learned so much from working with Dr. Bianco that she likes to think of herself as a “mini-doctor.” Claudia has over 15 years of experience in the dental industry and enjoys seeing life-changing transformations with comprehensive dentistry. Claudia loves a good laugh, so tell her a good joke!

Janet is the new patient coordinator. She is constantly working with the schedule and the team to get new and existing patients in to be seen. Janet graduated from Harper in 2020 with her associate of science degree and recently graduated from the University of Chicago with her bachelor's degree.

Janet's goal in life is to help others and make an impact in their lives. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, watching movies, and going out to eat. Her favorite game to play is “Think Like a Herd.”
